Summary:
High Stakes Poker is back for its 12th season this February. The latest iteration of the iconic poker cash game show promises to deliver more unforgettable moments as some of the biggest names in the poker world battle it out at the high-stakes table.
The state-of-the-art PokerGO Studio in Las Vegas once again plays host to the action, with episodes running every Monday starting February 19, exclusively on PokerGO.
High Stakes Poker Season 12 will feature both new and familiar faces, including Jean-Robert Bellande, Andrew Robl and Jennifer Tilly who were in attendance in the past editions. Joining them is Phil Laak, who appeared in seasons two through seven of the iconic show. Participants compete at stakes of $200-$400 to $1,000-$2,000.
Launched in 2006, High Stakes Poker is one of the world’s most popular cash game shows. Over the years, it has established a reputation for bringing some of the most memorable moments in the high-stakes scene involving both poker professionals and amateurs.
The last edition was no exception as it featured the likes of Doug Polk, Matt Berkey and Nik Airball. Berkey at that time had ongoing disputes with Polk and Airball and the show served as an avenue for them to settle their feud once and for all. Season 11 also became the biggest season of High Stakes Poker with many players getting in for at least $500,000.
Fans can look forward to more phenomenal action in Season 12, according to PokerGO President Mori Eskandani.
The latest season premieres on PokerGO on February 19, with a new episode showing each Monday until May. AJ Benza and Nick Schulman will return as the show’s commentators.
High Stakes Poker episodes are only available to PokerGO subscribers. Those who want to subscribe may visit PokerGO.com or download the PokerGO app. New subscribers can enjoy a $20 discount during their first year. To be eligible, they must use the code “HSP12” upon signing up.
