The first ever World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC) in Russia will debut this May and run from May 13 to 27 thanks to the partnership between partypoker LIVE and Casino Sochi.
After a successful run of the partypoker LIVE Sochi in March 2017 and the partypoker MILLIONS Russia at Casino Sochi, the two brands are taking their partnership to the next level with a four-year deal that will see eight headline events take place during the 2018-2019 season.

To jumpstart the series of tournaments is the inaugural WSOPC Russia that features seven huge Ring events.
Over $4 million in combined guaranteed prize pools are promised for the seven Ring events and two of those events will have million dollar guarantees.
The biggest and most anticipated of the Ring events will be the ₽66,000 ($1,100) buy-in which has a ₽120 million ($2 million) guarantee. There are eight Day 1s for the Main Event and two of those will be held online at partypoker. The first online Day 1 is scheduled on May 1 and the first live Day 1 starts on May 22.
Satellites to the WSOPC Russia Main Event are now being played online at partypoker for as low as $0.50, where up to 30 seats will be awarded.
Another million dollar guaranteed event at the WSOPC Russia is the WSOP signature Colossus event, at a ₽16,500 ($275) buy-in and ₽60 million ($1 million) in guarantees. The Colossus is scheduled to run from May 13 to May 22.
Apart from the Main Event and the Colossus, players are also anxious to play the special ring events and secure a nice payday by playing the Monster Stack, Super High Roller, High Roller, Closer, and Pot Limit Omaha ring events. The Pot Limit Omaha Ring event offers a $50,000 guaranteed prize pool while the other four will have $250,000 in guaranteed prize money.
Casino Sochi Gaining A Lot Of Exposure
Casino Sochi is the first casino to open in Russia after the Russian casino crackdown in 2009. Since it opened in January 2017, the casino has become home to successful partypoker live tournaments and has been a favourite of the partypoker brand to host its richest Russian events.
