WSOPE Kings Casino To Feature 25 Days Of Poker Action

The 2018 World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE) is just around the corner. Poker players in Europe as well as from other parts of the world will make their way to the popular King’s Casino in Rozvodov, Czech Republic.

The WSOPE is set to take place between October 9 and November 2 and a total of ten gold bracelets will be awarded along with millions of dollars in guaranteed prize money.

Just about every poker player in the world wants to win a WSOP gold bracelet. Those who missed out during the recently concluded 2018 WSOP in Las Vegas will now get another chance at a coveted gold bracelet at the WSOPE.

The 25-day poker extravaganza features 10 bracelet events that have a combined €13,000,000 in guaranteed cash prizes including a €5,000,000 guaranteed €10,300 No-Limit Hold’Em Main Event.

The festival kicks off on October 9 with the €550 COLOSSUS No-Limit Hold ‘Em tournament which has €1,000,000 in guaranteed prizes. Matouš Skořepa beat a field of 4,115 players last year and took home €270,000 along with his first bracelet. Players are allowed unlimited re-entries and they can register daily until the tenth level ends.

World Series of Poker

The €1,100 MONSTER STACK No-Limit Hold’Em event is also sure to draw a lot of players. Last year, it was Oleksandr Shcherbak who emerged victorious out of a field of 561 to cash in on a €117,708 payday and a gold bracelet. Players will start this event with 40,000 chips and they will be able to enter the tournament three times.

High Roller Action

The King’s Casino is well known for featuring a lot of high roller action throughout the year. The WSOPE has a pair of high roller events that are specifically designed for those with deeper pockets. The €25,500 Super High Roller No-Limit Hold’Em event gets underway on October 24 and it will be followed by the €100,000 King’s Super High Roller No-Limit Hold’Em event on October 26.

The highlight of the festival will be the €10,350 No-Limit Hold’Em Main Event which starts on October 27. Marti Roca de Torres outlasted a field of 529 players last year to claim a gold bracelet and €1,115,207 in cash. As was the case last year, this year’s main event has €5 million in guaranteed cash waiting to be won. Players can buy in twice and late registration ends late on Day 2.
